The Epic Comeback Fitness Challenge

Physical fitness is a shortcut to power. I believe this so strongly that I challenge my clients to get in fantastic shape as part of their work with me. Clients who opt for the Epic Comeback Fitness Challenge commit to exercising at least 5 days per week for 20 minutes or more. With my guidance, clients choose fitness activities and goals that work for them and log their workouts in my private Facebook community.

The Epic Comeback Fitness Challenge program can be added to either Phoenix Rising: Your Epic Comeback or Mountains of Mojo (my coaching programs). After our client engagement is over, all clients are welcome to remain in the Facebook community perpetually.
